Salvador Silvestre Camps

He graduated in Law at the University Of Valencia. Postgraduate studies in the Higher Programme in Telecommunications Law, Audiovisual Systems and New Technologies from the Instituto de Empresa (Business Institute), prepares PhD in administrative law at Valencia University and expert in e-Administration services by the Consejo General de la Abogacía Española (Spanish General Advocacy Council).

He is manager of the Technology Law Department, delivering courses and conferences on the subject in different forums such as the Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros (Stock Market and Financial Markets Foundation), Puertos del Estado (State Ports), public universities, and gives in-company courses in important multinational companies.
