Miguel Ángel Díaz

Miguel Ángel Díaz Herrera

He graduated in Law from the University Of Valencia and has a Masters in Tax Consultancy from the Centro de Estudios Financieros, 1999/2000 academic year.

A member of the Business Department, he contributes his extensive experience in the tax and business areas, specialising in company disputes, financial crisis situations affecting companies and bankruptcy situations. He has been a Lawyer-Bankruptcy Administrator since 2004.

He is also responsible for the Labour Law and Sports Law areas, advising both business and sports clubs and Labour and Social Security matters, with great experience in the court proceedings involving these specialisations.

He is also a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
