Ignacio Grau Grau
He graduated in Law at Valencia University and holds a Program on Negotiation from Harvard University, and D.E.A. from the Department of Procedural Law at Valencia University. He has also studied in Paris (Sorbonne), Florence, Phoenix, Leeds, Beijing and Shanghai and stage in Brown & Bain Law Firm (USA).
As well as writing articles for specialist journals, he is author of the work “Valoración judicial de la prueba en los procesos por accidente de tráfico”, published by Bosch in 2008.
After several years with his own practice, he joined Vázquez Padura Law Firm to manage the Litigation Department at its office in Valencia, subsequently becoming a partner. He is now a Founding Partner of Rocabert & Grau Law Firm, Office Manager and Manager of its Procedural Department.
He lectures on Negotiation at the Fundación Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros (Stock Market and Financial Market Studies Foundation), also giving in-company courses on the subject to managers.
He is a member of the Asociación Española de Abogados Especializados en Responsabilidad Civil y Seguro (Spanish Association of Lawyers Specialising in Public Liability and Insurance), and of the International Bar Association.
He is currently preparing his PhD in comparative North American and Spanish law.
